Water Bottles
Ice chest for us to borrow (labeled with your name)
Team Descriptions:
Setup Team
Set up the donuts and coffee
Set up kids check-in where they will get their buckets
(We will not have childcare, BUT, we want to make sure we check the kids in so that we know everyone received their bucket!)
Set up stage
Building the stage/putting it together
Setting up the lights on the stage
Set up mini fence around pond
Hide eggs for the various egg hunts
Help Shawna tie and string balloons for the balloon arch
Help setup decorations
Security Team
Normal Security stuff
Someone to watch the water at the pond
Trash Team:
Watch the trash cans to see if they get full and replace with new bags
Egg Hunt Team:
Hide Eggs
Set up flags that separate the different sections for the egg hunt
Bounce House Team:
*IF* we have a bounce house, watch the bounce house and make sure it stays safe.
